The background

What started as a quarantine hobby has turned into a dream job, thanks to the encouragement of friends and family. More often than not I found myself looking at charcuterie boards thinking, “I can do that, but something is missing.” And what was missing was the variety and options people were offering, which led me to the opening of Smorgas-Boards.

The name

Smorgas-Boards: a variety of boards for every occasion. This isn’t your average meat and cheeseboard company. I offer a number of options to meet your needs, just like a smorgasbord. 

The girl

Marketing project manager by day, cheese creator by night. When I’m not crafting cheeseboards, I love to spend time with my husband, family and friends; travel; be outdoors; snack…a lot; interior decorate; and find the latest show on Netflix to binge. This job has allowed me to be creative and meet so many new faces. I’m excited for the new journey I’m on.

The goal

Smorgas-Boards provides intricate, delicious boards for every occasion to bring family and friends together. I thrive on challenges and themes that put my creativity to the test. While I offer a handful of standard boards, I am unique to the business because I want to make all ideas possible — well, most 🙂 — to ensure it’s not “just another charcuterie board.” Whether you want to impress your boss or be the hostess with the mostest, I’ll do the work for you to make sure your food presentation is the talk of the day.
